The monograph solves the complex problem related to the instruments efficiency of financial regulation of the insurance market in Ukraine, competition, taxation, preventative measures. The concept of financial regulation of insurance market is elaborated. The size effect in insurance is proved and it is found out the actual distributions of insurers on revenues and assets.
It is argued, that the increase of the financial regulation efficiency can be reached due to: reduced taxes and the differentiated taxation of profits of insurers within different types of activities; the obligatory accumulation funds of preventive measures.
The study is of interest for researchers, officials,
lecturers and students of economic facultes of schools
with in-depth study of insurance, insurance practitioners,
representatives of financial organizations, insurance agents.
